Terms and conditions


1) Who we are :

Ronin Fightwear Limited (“we”, “us”) is a UK based company offering high-quality, ethically sourced fight training clothing and equipment worldwide.


2) Your status :

By placing an order through our website you warrant that: you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and you are at least 18 years old.

By placing an order, you confirm that you accept any and all risks which may flow from using products ordered from us, even when undertaking vigorous exercise or combat sports. You hold Ronin Fightwear harmless in all circumstances from any consequences of using products ordered from us.

If any product ordered by you from us is passed to another person, whether on loan or as a gift, you undertake to make them aware in advance of any use of the product that they use it entirely at their own risk, even when undertaking vigorous exercise or combat sports.


3) How the contract is formed :

All orders are subject to acceptance by us and we will confirm such acceptance to you by online electronic means (by ticking the acceptance box "Confirmation" prior to placing your order). We expressly reserve the right to refuse any order made by a customer with whom we have an ongoing dispute, or from anyone we suspect of making purchases on our site by fraudulent means.


Prices and Payment

The prices for any Products ordered will be as quoted on our website from time to time, except in the case of obvious errors. Please note that when paying by credit card your total will be debited in US Dollars. Note that Ronin Fightwear Ltd (the company) can cancel orders and refund customers' money because of pricing errors (or for any reason).



We retain ownership of any Products ordered until we have received full payment for such Products. However, risk in the Products will pass to you upon delivery.



We warrant that any Product purchased through our website is of satisfactory quality. If you have any reservations or comments about the appearance of or quality of our Products, you should state these by sending us a mail at within 14 days. Unless we receive such a complaint from you within the period stated, you will be deemed to have accepted delivery of the Products in accordance with your order. If an obvious defect is noticed by you within 14 days from the date of delivery of the Products, we will replace the defective Product at our cost with a Product of similar or better value.


Exchange or refund

Hygiene products and underwear (groin guard, mask, mouthguard, etc.), on sale products, customized products at the request of the buyer, products used in active exercise by any individual since delivery and food products, are not eligible for a return or an exchange.


Our Liability and Disclaimer


Ronin Fightwear Ltd shall not be liable for any INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES, COSTS OF REPLACEMENT GOODS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO DATA ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SITE OR ANY Ronin Fightwear Ltd PRODUCT, DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OR RELIANCE ON THE INFORMATION PRESENT, EVEN IF Ronin Fightwear Ltd OR ITS SUPPLIERS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. There are no circumstances in which Ronin Fightwear Ltd will accept any liability for any injuries or consequential damages that involve fighting, martial arts or any form of combat training.





Your Personal Data

While you are browsing on our web site and during the order process, we may collect information and personal data from you which we will use in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


4) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Contracts for the purchase of Products through our website will be governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or related to such contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts.


5) Dispute Resolution

By placing an order you agree that, in the event of any dispute arising, prior to any litigation you will meet with us for mediation in England and Wales, and that there are no circumstances in which you would attempt to commence litigation prior to a completed round of mediation. 


6) Privacy Policy

This policy sets out the basis on which your personal data will be processed by us.


We collect the following data:

  • Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site. This includes information provided at the time of opening an account, subscribing to our Newsletters, ordering products or when requesting further services or information from us.

  • Information about your computer including where available: your IP address, operating system and browser type.

  • Information about your Internet usage is obtained using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer.

  • You can refuse to accept cookies by activating the setting on your browser which allows you to refuse the sending of cookies.

We do not receive any of your credit card or financial details from payments handled on our behalf by our third-party payment provider
